Should i use Roaccutane ?

I have read many articles on Roaccutane which says that this is not the right drug as it effects the mental capability of the person using it and it has the history of depression and suicide associated with its usage.

Side effects

Birth Defects, mental health problems (including some suicides and many cases of depression), brain problems, abdomen problems, bone and muscle problems, hearing problems, vision problems, lipid problems, allergic reactions to, shortness of breath, fainting, feeling very thirsty, urinating a lot, feeling weak, having leg swelling, having convulsions and having slurred speech.

Why is it popular

It dramatically reduces the size of the skin's oil glands (35%-58%) and even more dramatically reduces the amount of oil the skin produces (around 80%).
Acne bacteria (P. acnes) live in skin oil. Since oil is so dramatically reduced, so is the amount of acne bacteria in the skin.
It also slows down how fast the skin produces skin cells inside the pore, which helps pores from becoming clogged in the first place.
It has anti-inflammatory properties.
