Kiwanis volunteers, or "Kiwanians," have been busy installing 101 sandboxes in backyards around Bozeman, Belgrade and Three Forks.There will be around One hundred and one families receiving a sandy gift care of Bozeman's Kiwanis Club this week, just in time for the summer weather.
Kiwanis is an international volunteer organization that was founded in 1915 and is made up of 13,000 clubs in 90 different countries. The Kiwanis Club in Bozeman has been active since 1925 and now has 65 members.
Sand and water tables are quite popular among kids and they love to play with them.
